LNSPLTBLVD Giveaway Official Rules Eligibility

The Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. LNSPLTBLVD (“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees, and the advertising, fulfillment, judging, and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor or independent Promotion Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 10, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

Online Entry (Purchase Entry):

During the Promotion Period, visit www.LNSPLTBLVD.store and purchase one or more items. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent (not including shipping).

Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, telephone number, and valid email address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard (no outer envelope) and mail it to:

Each postcard will count as one (1) entry. Requests must be received by December 20, 2025. All mail-in entries must be legibly handwritten, mailed separately, and bear sufficient postage.

Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or damaged mail; incomplete or inaccurate entries; technical malfunctions; or any other errors of any kind.

By entering online or via mail, entrants consent to receive email announcements from Sponsor, per its Privacy Policy at www.LNSPLTBLVD.store. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting eligibility. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Grand Prize Drawing

On December 23, 2025, at a U.S. location determined by the Sponsor, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Details

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) custom motorcycle built by LNSPLTBLVD (the “Vehicle”).

Winner must be a licensed driver and provide proof of insurance at the time of delivery.

Winner is responsible for license, registration, taxes, transportation, and all associated fees.

Vehicle must be picked up from a location in California designated by Sponsor.

Prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranties expressed or implied.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Entrant Verification

Sponsor or Promotion Administrator reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility, including government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

Disqualification

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, not received, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

Winner Notification

Potential winner will be contacted via telephone, email, or mail. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax forms, and where lawful, a publicity release within a stated time. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Limitations of Liability

Promotion Parties are not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries

Technical malfunctions, network failures, or unauthorized access

Printing, distribution, or production errors

Damage to entrants’ property or devices

Human or other errors affecting the Promotion

Modification, Suspension, or Termination

If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and award the prize from among eligible entries received to that point.

Releases

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Promotion Parties from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Privacy

Personal data collected will be used for administering the Promotion in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: www.LNSPLTBLVD.store.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, entrants consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
